"The test results are, Today, 4/9/99, I had a 9000 lb. scrap coil placed on the most recent plastic pallet that Raynor has been talking about AND I WOULDN'T BELIEVE IT UNLESS I WITNESSED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We slammed, ran over, bent, tweeked, pulled, pushed, dropped, tipped and then put the pallet through the paces and except for some MINOR DENTS, couldn't break it.

The pallet looks excellent when we were done. We even placed all the weight on the end of the middle deck board in hopes of splitting it but what actually happened was it actually had give to it as we lifted up the remainder of the pallet. When we were finished it went back to its original shape. "Made a believer out of me."

Macsteel has been using ASAP plastic skids in closed looped systems for transporting steel coil to Mexico since 2006.
